High expectations have been no problem for Brian Plungis, Steve Meade and Chris Marker, three of the reasons the team from the Flyers Skate Zone in Pennsauken, N.J., will be representing the Atlantic District in the USA Hockey U-16 Tier II National Championships April 2-6 in Buffalo, N.Y.
The trip to Buffalo, N.Y., April 2-6 for the national championships will be Ken Honeyman’s final sojourn as a coach. After 31 years leading young players at various levels, Honeyman is retiring to focus on personal matters in his life, including spending time with his wife, who is ill.
