Tier II "AA" SAHOF CHAMPIONSHIPS

February 24-26,2012

PW- Top 3 from the North & Top 3 from the South Bracket games will begin Friday night

Bantam- Top 4 from SFHL games will begin Saturday morning

Midget U16- Top 4 from SFHL games will begin Saturday late morning

Midget U18- Top 4 from SFHL games will begin Saturday afternoon

It is requested that you contact Lee County Sports Housing to reserve your hotel rooms. Please call them direct 239-541-1800 or 1-888-529-6588 and they will assist you with your lodging reservations at participating hotels and suites. Also you can book your accommodations on the Lee County Sports Housing website link below. They are a local housing bureau available to help you and any other questions about the local area.

Tier II AA Entry Infomation

SAHOF STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011-12

If your team has already qualified. In order to secure your spot you will need to provide the following to the SAHOF Tournament committee.

Check made out to SAHOF Hockey
Certified USAH Roster
Team Roster in either an excel or word file. Include coaches and manager. PLAYERS name, number and position. Use one of these forms: Team Roster-Excel-03 or Team Roster-Word
TEAM Photo, this must be in jpeg format approx 4x 6, this is for the program so the better the picture the better it will look.
