The Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award is an award of The USA Hockey Foundation, a charitable and educational nonprofit corporation that provides long-range financial support for USA Hockey and promotes the growth of hockey in the United States.
The 2012 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award offers multiple levels of sponsorship:
- Presenting Sponsor
- Benefactor
- Gold Sponsor
- Silver Sponsor
- Bronze Sponsor
Each of the five levels of sponsorship, which start as low as $500, provide unique opportunities to support the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award. In addition, program advertising is available starting at $250.
