U.S. Women's National Team Continues Qwest Tour Saturday

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The 2009-10 U.S. Women's National Team will continue Qwest Tour play Saturday (Oct. 10) against the University of North Dakota at the Gardens Arena in Warroad, Minn. Opening faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m. CT.

The game will be streamed live on a pay-per-view basis at usahockey.fasthockey.com.


The 10-game, nine-city Qwest Tour, which began Sept. 25 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn., with a 6-1 U.S. victory over the Western Collegiate Hockey Association All-Stars, will run until just prior to the start of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, B.C.


Team USA will also face off against Canada; Finland; all-star teams from Hockey East and ECAC Hockey; and various NCAA Division I women's ice hockey teams.
