AN INDIVIDUAL IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN A USA HOCKEY/CAHA YOUTH PROGRAM UNTIL HIS/HER NAME APPEARS ON THE COMPLIANCE LIST.
All coaches, volunteers or employees with routine access to children (anyone under the age of majority) within the jurisdiction of CAHA shall complete the screening process prior to participating in any CAHA and USA Hockey sanctioned event, including but not limited to all team activities and any other "on ice" or "off ice" hockey activities.
This outstanding list represents participants registered as coaches by an association who do not have a current background screening. These individuals are disqualified from participation in a USA Hockey youth program. To return to coaching, the individual must complete the background screening prior to participating in activities with a USA Hockey youth program.
To be removed from this list, the coach must order a background screening from Acxiom. The name will be removed once the screening is complete and a final report is issued to CAHA.

INACTIVE - The individual was registered as a coach by the local association, however, has been reported to CAHA as inactive. To return to coaching, a background screening must be completed prior to participating in a USA Hockey youth program.
