No Skates in No Excuse!  Don't miss out on the fun!  At the International Ice Centre we have 300 pairs of skates available to put you on the ice.

Rat Hockey gives players the opportunity to play a pick up game or simply work on your skills.  Rat Hockey is a great way to get in shape, work on your game and enjoy America's fastest game in an unstructed, unsupervised, and non-stress enviornment.

Full equipment including helment is required.

Stick and Puck is a designed as a casual way to practice the fundamentals of the game or time to sharpen up your existing skills.

Helments, gloves, sticks, ans skates are mandatory for all participants.

Scrimmages and slap shots are not permitted
