    USA Hockey

    $30, no charge for players six (6) and under

    PVAHA

    $5, no charge for players six (6) and under

    CAHA

    $5 - 20 years of age and under
    $4 - 21 years of age and older
    no charge for players six (6) and under

    SAHA

    $5, no charge for players six (6) and under

    SAHOF

    $8, no charge for players six (6) and under

    USA Hockey Online Registration

    www.usahockeyregistration.comVisa, MC, Amex and Discover accepted for USA Hockey registration.USA Hockey online registration is the easiest and quickest way to register with USA Hockey.  Online registration will be available for the 2010-11 season beginning April 1, 2010.  Just go to  www.usahockeyregistration.com and complete the online form.  American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard, debit or credit cards are accepted.  After completing the online registration, you will be instructed to print your registration confirmation receipt as proof of your current membership.  Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation from USA Hockey.  Please take the registration confirmation receipt or email to your local association to complete your registration.

    Registration processed from April 1 through August 31 will allow that participant to register in a current season program and in a next season program.
