The PNAHA Constitution revisions were approved at the June 23, 2007 PNAHA meeting. Changes prior to June 23, 2007 were included in the September 11, 2005 version. (2005-2006 PNAHA Constitution).

PNAHA Constitution (2008 PNAHA Constitution)

The PNAHA Constitution was modified on 6/23/2007 and added to Article XI - Policies, as voted on by the PNAHA Board of Directors. This vote is recorded in the June 23, 2007 PNAHA Spring/Summer minutes on page 8. Mark Preston recommended that these words be added to three places in the PNAHA Guidebook to make it easier to locate by PNAHA participants. The sentence can now be found in the Suspension Guidelines, Constitution, and League Rules.

Section 5: Game Suspension Policy
Any player, coach or team official suspended shall not have contact with the team one (1) hour before the game until one (1) hour after the game.

As of 09/18/11 there have been no changes.
