This certification list serves as an aid for verifying a coach's certification.
It is not intended to serve as final verification of a coach's certification.
The coach's CEP card reflects the most current and accurate certification level attained.
Please enter as little information as possible to start your search as
information must match our database exactly as you enter it in order to return
results. Enter just your CEP # if you know it. If you don’t know your CEP #,
search by just your last name. Keep in mind that any suffixes (Jr., Sr., etc.)
or nicknames will affect your search as well.
If your name does not appear on this list or the information does not
accurately reflect your current certification level please contact USA Hockey's
National Office. Fax or email a copy of the front and back of your
Coaching Education Program card, please send them to Alison Raines via fax at
719-538-1160 or email to alisonr@usahockey.org. Please ensure the CEP number,
your name, and certification stickers are all visible and legible. Also include
your full name, date of birth, current address, telephone number, and email
address.
Certifications received during the current season will appear on this
list once the instructor completes the clinic paperwork. This can take up to
2-4 weeks. Please do not submit copies of your card during this time.
