• APPROVED VOLUNTEERS

    Those volunteers that were approved in 2008 must now perform another Acxiom background screen. Please check the updated list on the website to review when you MUST perform your Acxiom Screen. The Washington State Patrol check is a part of the Acxiom Screen. Don't wait until the last minute to perform your screen, it can take a few weeks for the results to be returned and if it is after October 31, 2011 you will need to discontinue participation until your screen results have been returned and posted.

    If you were an approved volunteer for the 2010-2011 season it is recommended that your association perform a followup Washington State Patrol background screen on all volunteers for the 2011-2012 season. This background check is a free service and helps us to detect any changes in the status of our volunteers. This update is done through the Washington State Patrol WATCH Program.

    APPROVED VOLUNTEER LIST

    The following table lists approved screened volunteers within the PNAHA Affiliate. This table will be updated weekly as approved reports are received from Acxiom through August 1 through October 31 each season. After that, it will be updated as needed. As this program develops it is the intention of Pacific District to eventually maintain a master list of District wide approved volunteers to appear on the Pacific District website as well. You will be able to view this master list by clicking on Pacific District on the left hand navigation bar of the PNAHA website once it is developed.

    If you have submitted your background screen and you see your name listed in the table but there are blanks in some of the columns we need you to contact your local association and provide them with the missing information and they will forward that information to PNAHA.
