 The Franklin Park Ice Arena invites your team to participate in our Adult Hockey League all season long. Leagues will take place in the Fall, Winter and Summer. All leagues will consist of a 12-game season and conclude with a single elimination tournament. Our goal is to make sure every team has a great experience playing the best sport around.   League Rules    

•  League Fee: $2,995    
•  Summer Season begins the week of May 29 through the end of July.   
•  Teams must register and be paid in full by May 13!   
•  Payment Options: CASH, CHECK AND CREDIT CARDS (VISA/MC) ACCEPTED!   
•  All returned checks will result in a $45 penalty!    
•  Download a  team registration form and blank roster    

USA HOCKEY INSURANCE: Proof of USA Hockey Insurance due prior to first game. All players need to provide a copy of the receipt as proof of registration. If you are currently registered with USA Hockey, a copy of your membership card is sufficient. USA Hockey insurance is valid 9/1/10-8/31/11. Players will only need to register for USA Hockey insurance once per season. Players must be able to provide picture ID at ALL times. Goalies may substitute for any team in the league except during playoffs. During playoffs, goalie substitution will only be allowed when picking a goalie from the same level.
