All Officials, please take the time to go to the USA Hockey website, www.usahockey.com and register on line, this may be done anytime after August 1st, then take the open book test before you attend a seminar, you will get much more from the seminar having gone thru the rule book either for the 1st time or the 10th time.

After registering at USA Hockey, you must register for a seminar.  You may do this by going to www.midamref.org and choosing one of the many seminars in our district.  The Wheeling seminar is listed along with seminars in Pittsbugh, Morgantown and Columbus, choose the seminar that fits your schedule and register.  It is mandatory that all officials pre-register for a seminar, all registrations are electronic now and walk ins are not permited.

The seminar will begin at 8:00 A.M. and conclude at approximately 4:00 P.M.  Cost is $10 and lunch is provided.

Additionally, at least one parent should attend the first hour with any minors applying to be new Level 1 referees.
