Note: In the event a team brings in a corporate equipment sponsor, the team will receive the equipment and Team Carolina will receive the balance remaining after purchasing the equipment.
All corporate donations must be handled by the treasurer to be eligible for a 501C-3 tax deduction letter. Parents making a donation for a team specifically for equipment are asked to purchase the items on their own and submit the receipt to the treasurer for the 501C-3 tax deduction letter. All sponsorship money will be allocated as follows:

Example: If a team were to raise 50k, 35.5k would go to the team and 14.5k would go to Team Carolina. 100% of any fundraising money over 50k will be allocated to Team Carolina for use at its discretion.
Note: For the protection and accountability to our players, parents, coaches and sponsors, the Team Carolina Treasurer must administrate all team funds raised through the use of the Team Carolina name.
