Each division at SAYHA (Mite through Midget) has a "coordinator" to the Board, with each coordinator having the following duties:

• Act as liaison between divisional membership and SAYHA Board of Directors.
• Help organize team representatives in respective division.
• Help organize and attend monthly meetings with team reps.
• Attend SAYHA Board meetings.
• Help organize divisional house rate skate.
• Aid in the organization of the house draft.
• Lead Committee Chair for Division Tournament(s).
• Lead person for all fundraising activities for representative division; i.e., Chiefs vouchers, house sponsorship, etc.
