We will be distributing Gordon Food Service Marketplace "FunFunds" brochures through your team's Manager.  As you will see, it only requires filling out a brief application (name, address, phone).  You will then receive a "FunFunds" card in the mail.

That card turns into a rebate to the MHA when used along with your purchases.  Their Monroe store is on North Telegraph, across from Meijer's.

Also, please note that there is a "One Time" card that can be submitted with any purchase of $50.00 or more.  That will turn into a $10.00 rebate to the MHA.

We are on the upstairs floor.  Access is through the first door on the right after entering the balcony from the lobby stairs.  The regular office and equipment storage are both in this two room arrangement.

The MHA mail slot / drop box is on the door just inside the building and is labeled as such.  You may use this to make MHA payments or to drop off any other paperwork that needs MHA attention.

There is a mail crate for teams and Board members.  It is kept beneath the ledge on the lobby window at the MMSC Pro Shop.  Access to the crate may be requested through a MMSC/Canlan employee.
