The Midland Amateur Hockey League

The Midland Amateur Hockey League is a non-profit 501(3)c Michigan Corporation operated by volunteers to promote youth ice hockey through education, training and team experience in the Greater Midland area.

We are a sanctioned affiliate of USA Hockey and the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association.  All Participants and Teams are registered with USA Hockey and conform to USA Hockey, Michigan Amateur Hockey and Midland Amateur Hockey By-laws, Rules, and policies.

For the beginning skater, we offer the USA Hockey Skills Development Program, a learn to skate/learn to play program designed by USA Hockey.  The USA Hockey Skills Development Program is open to players from 3 to 17 years of age.

For the Recreational (House) Player, we offer Teams in the following age classifications:  06 & Under Mini-Mite; 08 & Under Mite; 10 & Under Squirt; 12 & Under Pee Wee; 14 & Under Bantam; and 17 & Under Midget.

For the Competative (Travel) Player, we offer Teams in the following age classifications:  10 & Under Squirt; 12 & Under Pee Wee; 14 & Under Bantam; 17 & Under Midget.

Our Teams participate in the Adray Community Hockey League and the Little Ceasers Hockey Association.

The League also offers clinics and training sessions for players and coaches throughout the season.

Post Season play is also available in the form of Spring League Teams and 3 on 3 Teams.
