Flint IMA Youth Hockey
Welcome to Flint IMA Youth Hockey. The hockey program is sponsored through the IMA Children's Recreation Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to provide recreational, social, and educational programs to all kids in Genesee County, Michigan. The organization is committed to providing the means to allow all children a place to play without regard to financial resources or natural ability. The fund has scholarships available so that no child is denied the opportunity to participate. For more information about the fund, click on the link above, or click on IMA OF FLINT.
Our home ice is the Perani Sports Arena, located just south of I-69 (take the Center Rd. exit), on Lapeer Rd. in Flint, Michigan. We currently do not have a youth hockey office at the Sports Arena. The home administration office for the hockey program is IMA Brookwood Golf Course located on the northeast corner of Belsay Rd. and Davison Rd. in Burton, Michigan. (Belsay Rd. exit approximately 1 mile north of i-69)
Our hockey program consists of several levels of youth hockey, starting with a novice program for beginners to Midget teams for high school aged players. Our season starts in early September and runs thru March.
If you're interested in participating in one of our programs, please call the IMA's Recreation Department for complete information.
