The Greater Nashville Area Scholastic Hockey Board of Directors normally meets monthly. Meetings are usually open to the public (as long as the room is not full, and as long as there is not a compelling reason to limit visitors) and interested parties may sign up to speak to the Board during an open presentation time at the start of each meeting.
Officers, which make up the Executive Committee, are elected semi-annually according to the Bylaws and team representatives are nominated by member teams for approval by the sitting Board members as required.
