2009 Beginner & In-house Registration Form is now available

For 2009the structure of Beginners & In-house will continue as last year. We are planning two 6 week sessions for boys & girls 9 and under only. 12 weeks of Beginners & 12 weeks of In-house cross ice games. All ice is a the Elyria North Park Sports Complex @ 901 Duffy St, Elyria
The first Beginners session startss on Sat 11-21-2009 and the first In house cross Ice games start 12-6-2009.

Registration Dates:

Sunday Novebmer 15th, 2009 9:00am – 12:00pm North Park Ice Rink (equipment pick-up)

Note that times listed below can change when conflicts with travel teams arise

   Beginners Session 1 - $50.00 - 9 and under - 6 Instructional Sessions (11-21-09 thru 12-26-09) Every Saturday 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM

   Beginners Session 2 - $50.00 - 9 and under - 6 Instructional Sessions (1-2-10 thru 2-6-10) Every Saturday 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM

   In-House Cross Ice Games Session 1-$50.00 - 9 and under  - 6 Games (12-6-09 thru 1-10-10) Every Sunday from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM 

   In-House Cross Ice Games Session 2-$50.00 - 9 and under  - 6 Games (1-17-10 thru 2-21-10) Every Sunday from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM

   Pay only $150.00 – When you pay for both Beginners and In-House Sessions before the start of Session 1 (Save $50)

   Equipment Rental - $50.00  - All Equipment - Helmet, Gloves, Pants, Stick, Shoulder, Shin & Elbow Pads (Excluding Skates*)  

   Equipment Purchase - $100.00 - All Equipment - Helmet, Gloves, Pants, Stick, Shoulder, Shin, & Elbow Pads (Excluding Skates*)
