Please fill out and return completed forms by July 31, 2009 if you are interested in being considered for coaching for the upcoming season.
Please make sure that you are at the proper level for your division (level 1 - mites, level 2 - squirts and level 3 - pee wee's and older).  I will send out a list of clinics in the area closer to the season.  Also, remember to register on USA Hockey for the upcoming season and give your receipt to Dawn Savary at registration.  You will be reimbursed for this fee after the mandatory coaching meeting this Fall.
