C.C.M Hockey fees include a $200 one time, refundable jersey deposit.  This deposit is due with your player’s registration form, as well as the season’s initial $600 payment.

So the fee schedule is as follows:

 $600 for returning C.C.M Hockey players  ($800 for NEW C.C.M players)        Due by August 15, 2008

 $500                                                                                                                     Due by October 15, 2008     

 $500                                                                                                                     Due by November 15, 2008

 **New this year**  a $100 season-end credit for Perfect Volunteer Attendence.  Volunteers are needed throughout the season for score sheet, time clock, security, etc.

IMPORTANT

In previous years, the club has handled your player’s registration with USA Hockey.

USA Hockey has changed the procedure. 

Now, you must register your player, yourself, online.

Please go to the USA Hockey website at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ and select the Ice Players and Coaches box.  You will need a credit card, as it will cost you $43 to complete to process.

Please print and bring the receipt to the Club Registrar (that’s me, Steve Loria).  If you want to enclose it with your club registration form so you don’t forget, great.  Or you can email it to me.

If we do not have this form, your player cannot play.  It’s as simple as that.
