Butler County Youth Hockey Association

Registration for the 2007-2008 hockey season

Starting June 1, 2007

Total Cost is $35, which consists of $30 for USA Hockey and $5 Affiliate Fee (Mid-Am District).

You pay using a major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card).

Save your USA Hockey online confirmation number and send to Sarah Persinger, BCYHA Registrar at persinger_bcyha@fuse.net to complete your registration.
