If your coaching card is lost, damaged, or stolen, a replacement card can be obtained for a $5 fee. Instructions are outlined in the FAQ section of the Coaches page on the USA Hockey web site, but replacement cards may also be obtained more efficiently through the Alaska District Coach-In-Chief.
