USA Hockey today announced the 22-player roster for its 2009 U.S. Men’s National Under-18 Team. The squad will participate in the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation World Men’s Under-18 Championship in Fargo, N.D., and Moorhead, Minn., April 9-19. Ridder Arena in Minneapolis, Minn., and Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn., will host the 10 teams competing in the 2009 IIHF World Under-18 Championship for a pre-tournament camp to be held April 2-7, it was announced today by USA Hockey.
